Questions, answered
Paid plans bill once a month to the card on file, starting the day you upgrade. Your receipt shows the plan and the amount, nothing else. The Free plan never charges you.
Anytime, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect at once and we prorate the difference, so you only pay for the days you use. Downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle.
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account drops to the Free plan. Your data stays put and nothing is deleted. Restart whenever you like.
If something is not right, reach out within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right, usually a full refund. We would rather keep you happy than keep a payment.
Free covers a single small team and the core workspace. Pro lifts the member limit, adds admin roles and priority support. Enterprise layers on audit logs, custom integrations, and a dedicated contact. The full breakdown is in the comparison below.
